Departs Mondays Approximate times: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
It’s off to Absecon Island & the “Historic Gardner’s Basin” where you’ll
experience the sea-air on the open waters for a 1- hour scenic shoreline
cruise. While on the cruise, you’ll hear about barrier islands, indigenous
species and maritime history. Next, enjoy a fresh seafood sampler* from the
Back Bay Ale House, while overlooking the Inlet. After lunch spend time (on
your own) exploring the Crafter Shoppes, strolling along the water, or
visiting the Atlantic City Aquarium (additional $’s required). Upon
departing the Basin, hear colorful narration about Rumrunners, Bootleggers,
Shipwrecks, The Grave Yard Inlet, Widows Walk and much, much more.
